Common questions
- The app says I'm "off-site" but I'm at the property. Make sure
Location is enabled for PropertyWalk in your phone settings, and that you're within the
property boundary. If it persists, contact your administrator to widen the property's
geofence.
- I can't sign in. Your account is created by your organization's
administrator. Ask them to confirm your email is set up, or to reset your password.
- The camera won't open for a photo. Allow camera access for
PropertyWalk in your phone settings.
